This full-time, on-site role in Owings Mills, MD leads digital strategy, brand experience, and end-to-end ecommerce initiatives within the food sector.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison to external digital agencies, defining scope, deliverables, and timelines while maintaining alignment with overarching business priorities.
- Protect and steward the brand voice across digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging while monitoring reviews, social activity, and third-party sites.
- Evaluate performance against KPIs and steer improvements in agency output, campaign effectiveness, and overall results.
- Direct digital merchandising strategy, including product presentation, assortment optimization, and promotional planning to drive revenue and margin.
Requirements
- Experience managing external digital agencies and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, with clear communication and accountability.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, brand reputation management, and customer experience best practices.
- Ability to analyze performance data such as KPIs, conversion metrics, AOV, and sales trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Background in ecommerce or digital merchandising, with hands-on experience supporting promotions, product strategy, and inventory alignment.
