Responsibilities

Assist the Brand Marketing Manager with day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of TJ Maxx's brand marketing strategy and paid advertising content to drive brand objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand, Partnerships, Public Relations, Social Media, Creative, Media & Digital Marketing, Project Management, Consumer & Business Insights, Email & Site, Merchandising, Planning, Store Operations, and Corporate Marketing; align programs to amplify integrated campaigns
Oversee end-to-end project delivery from brief writing through concept development, design, and finalization of all creative content
Support reviews and QA of creative content to maintain a consistent voice aligned with brand guidelines and messaging themes
Research industry and customer trends to inform future marketing campaigns and creative content
Analyze insights data and contribute a point of view on campaign effectiveness
Assist in managing third-party resources or agencies as needed to develop campaign concepts
Coordinate and maintain the marketing budget for areas of responsibility, identifying opportunities to control costs
Build and nurture relationships with cross-functional partners

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required
2+ years of marketing experience; ad agency or client-side advertising experience is a plus
Agile and results-driven with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, meet due dates, and follow up to ensure completeness and quality
Outstanding organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
Critical thinking with proactive problem-solving abilities; comfortable navigating ambiguity to drive solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships and convey ideas clearly
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across multiple fields and adapt to different team dynamics
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Interest in the fashion industry and/or off-price/retail business is a plus

Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily execution of media and content plans, coordinating, reviewing, and delivering content across channels such as video, digital, and social.
Support the development and tracking of measurement plans, metrics, and reporting; analyze campaign performance and propose optimization recommendations.
Bring creative and innovative thinking to propose new partnership opportunities aligned with evolving industry trends.
Assist in briefing agencies and external partners on brand vision, objectives, and investment strategy to drive strong, high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional marketing peers to design and implement fully integrated plans that maximize reach.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in retail or fashion, with relevant partnership background

Experience managing a full-time employee(s) and/or team
Strong interpersonal skills, including deep listening and inquiry, effective communication, highly collaborative, participatory decision-maker
Interest in fashion/home trends, pop culture, entertainment and is digitally savvy
Experience evaluating creative and interpreting brand vision through creative execution
Ability to build relationships with all levels within an organization

Openness to travel (20% of the time) to support partnership execution
