Responsibilities
- Inform the strategic direction of integrated media campaigns by translating social and influencer trend forecasting into bold, innovative campaigns that align with brand goals, audience needs, and cultural moments
- Manage end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns—from strategy development and influencer identification to activation, paid orchestration and measurement
- Contribute to social editorial calendars, content themes, and cultural/community opportunities, ensuring channels support business goals and the consumer journey
- Ensure paid advertising and social and influencer creative are synergistic, with cross-functional stakeholders and agencies collaborating effectively
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to manage social editorial strategy, production and planning, and paid amplification integration
- Understand the consumer and healthcare professional audience landscape in health and pharma, and develop a clear perspective on navigation based on marketing briefs
- Lead partnership operations with the media planning team to bring synergies or amplification to campaign ideas
- Handle ambiguity and tackle unique, complex social and influencer projects with independence
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive self-initiated projects using hands-on influencer marketing expertise
- Recommend real-time responses and long-term optimizations for social and influencer campaigns
- Promote adoption of data-informed social and influencer marketing best practices across Pfizer’s commercial organizations
- Provide thought leadership on connecting evolving social and influencer trends with tangible business impact
Requirements
- Educational and experience combinations: a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience; or a master’s degree with 2+ years; or a PhD with 0+ years; or an associate’s degree with 8 years; or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10 years of relevant experience
- 4+ years of hands-on professional experience in a social media or influencer marketing role within a large, complex matrix organization
- Previous firsthand social strategy and influencer marketing experience from brand, agency, or media perspective
- Strong project leadership and administrative skills
- Growth mindset with capacity to help build and scale new organizational capabilities
- Expertise in social and influencer marketing analytics platforms and tools such as Creator IQ and Sprinklr
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to operate in a matrix environment
- Ability to balance urgency with precision in execution
