Job Description

Border Clinic PLLC, a healthcare clinic based in Laredo, Texas, is seeking a part-time Marketing Specialist to strengthen its outreach across a range of channels. The role blends in-office collaboration with hybrid remote work, offering up to 20 hours per week to drive campaigns tailored to healthcare audiences and support clinic growth.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and track marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and email channels geared toward healthcare audiences
Oversee content creation including blog articles, newsletters, social posts, and patient education materials
Review campaign performance using campaign metrics, website analytics, and social media data to optimize results
Coordinate with external partners such as designers, printers, and vendors
Assist with community outreach initiatives and event planning
Maintain consistent brand usage across all materials
Support advertising purchases, SEO, PPC, and local online advertising efforts
Handle additional marketing tasks as needed to support clinic growth

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
At least 2 years of marketing experience, with a preference for healthcare, medical, or wellness sectors
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (email tools such as MailChimp, social media management, Google Analytics, basic SEO)
Strong writing and editing abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capability
Comfortable balancing remote work with on-site presence as needed
