- Salary: USD 52,000 – 55,000 per year

What you will do
- Coordinate internal and external events from planning through post-event follow-up, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
- Oversee event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, contract negotiation, travel, swag, booth materials, and activities
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage communications throughout the planning process
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to support event goals and attendee engagement strategies
- Track event budgets, invoices, expenses, reimbursements, and reporting in partnership with Accounting and Finance
- Support development and execution of event promotion plans with the Demand Generation Manager and Events Lead
- Monitor RSVPs, attendance, post-event feedback, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute creative ideas for impactful virtual and in-person event experiences
- Support employee engagement and internal communications initiatives, including content and event coordination
- Ensure employee-facing events reflect company culture and brand values and deliver a positive experience
- Build repeatable workflows and processes to improve efficiency and execution
- Provide regular status updates, troubleshoot proactively, and keep stakeholders aligned on timelines and priorities
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience coordinating or managing events, preferably in a B2B setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage internal and external partners to meet deadlines, budgets, and outputs
- Understanding of virtual event technology, including platforms like Zoom and Teams
- Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of meeting deadlines
- High energy with a positive attitude
- Experience using project management and marketing technology tools such as Wrike, Salesforce, and Pardot (or similar)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneDrive, PowerPoint)
