Lake House Digital is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive day-to-day marketing execution across multiple client accounts, coordinating projects, collaborating with clients, and translating performance data into actionable insights. The role begins as a 40-hour-per-week contractor with a clear path to full-time, offering remote work with a Raleigh-area residency requirement while based in Cary, NC with Hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and participate confidently in Zoom meetings
Communicate updates clearly, professionally, and proactively
Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple accounts
Plan, draft, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
Oversee email marketing campaigns, including drafting, scheduling, and reporting
Support SEO tasks such as keyword research, content optimization, and reporting
Assist with marketing strategy development and provide performance insights for clients
Use Monday.com dashboards to manage tasks, timelines, and workflows
Collaborate with the internal team to keep projects moving efficiently
Contribute to recurring reporting and analytics summaries

Requirements

1–4+ years of digital marketing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, polished and professional on Zoom
Outstanding time management and organizational abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Reliable high-speed internet connection for client-facing video calls
Experience in Social Media Marketing, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Fundamental knowledge of SEO
Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp or HubSpot
Strong familiarity with Canva
Strong familiarity with Semrush
Strong familiarity with Monday.com
