Creator Marketing Associate

Onsite in Los Angeles, the Creator Marketing Associate focuses on sourcing creators, aligning them with campaigns, and managing influencer collaborations to boost engagement and performance within Social Native's creator network, with a salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and onboarding creators across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond to grow our talent pool.
• Matching registered creators to campaigns based on goals, audience fit, and brand guidelines.
• Building and maintaining relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Monitoring influencer marketing trends, emerging creators, and platform updates to refine recruitment strategies.
• Collaborating with internal teams including campaign management, sales, and client success to ensure smooth influencer activations.
• Tracking engagement and performance metrics to optimize sourcing and improve campaign outcomes.

Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of influencer landscapes on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in the Los Angeles area; in-person presence required four days per week at the Beverly Hills headquarters.
