Improvado is looking for a Growth Marketing Hacker to join its Marketing team. This remote, hands-on role centers on end-to-end paid acquisition and making AI your main advantage in shipping fast results. It’s not a pure strategy position; you’ll own campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and emerging AI-native channels from start to finish, with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and AI-native channels with direct ownership and no handoffs
- Create AI-powered workflows to automate copy generation, audience segmentation, enrichment, and reporting
- Generate sales pipeline from targeted account lists using an ABM approach, translating signals into sequences quickly
- Test new growth channels, discontinue underperformers, and scale what works
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, and n8n to enrich and pre-qualify leads before reaching sales
- Analyze funnel performance, surface actionable insights, and act without waiting to be asked
Requirements
- Daily use of AI tools to perform the job: writing copy, building workflows, researching, and analyzing
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand-gen marketing
- Have personally launched and optimized paid campaigns, not just managed agencies
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in attribution, funnel metrics, and dashboards
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken
- Experience with programmatic and ABM tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, or similar

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Hacker to join Improvado's Marketing team. This is a hands-on execution role with end-to-end ownership of campaigns. Move quickly, rely on AI as a key multiplier, and avoid relying on processes or agencies. If you know what truly moves the needle in marketing and prefer building the thing over drafting a spec, this is the right fit.
