Job Description

Proactive Marketing Assistant role supporting digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, SEO, and data analysis to drive engagement and brand visibility; salary USD 18 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Instagram, and Tic Tok.
  • Perform keyword research and leverage SEO tools to optimize on-site content, boosting organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Contribute to content creation including blog posts, social media content, and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, with site updates via WordPress or other CMS.
  • Monitor campaign performance with Google Analytics, SEM tools, and marketing automation platforms to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and applying strategies to grow brand awareness.
  • Collaborate on graphic design projects using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools to produce compelling visuals.
  • Support future e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings, tracking performance metrics, and implementing performance marketing strategies.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns by crafting engaging copy, segmenting audiences, and analyzing open and click-through rates for ongoing improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs and familiarity with keyword research techniques.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media marketing, SEM, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or SQL are a plus for website updates and data analysis tasks.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook Business Manager or similar tools.
