Job Description
OneHope, Inc invites a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join Bible Media Group, LLC in Pompano Beach, FL. This onsite role offers the opportunity to shape bilingual marketing campaigns, manage digital channels, create engaging content, and coordinate CRM efforts within a collaborative, values driven team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and OneHope to advance outreach while upholding a culture of hospitality, collaboration, and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Bible Media Group team, coordinate projects, and serve as the liaison between BMG and OneHope.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s goals, leveraging Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage and grow the online presence by producing engaging content, monitoring analytics, and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Apply AI powered SEO through Large Language Model adaptation using AI platforms.
- Create and maintain website content with WordPress and Adobe Cloud Suite.
- Design promotional materials, graphics, and videos using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editors like Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns via MailChimp, ensuring bilingual content in English and Spanish is clear and effective.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to plan and execute marketing strategies and special projects using Asana and Basecamp.
- Maintain and organize customer data through CRM platforms such as Virtuous and Airtable, keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Support fundraising efforts by producing compelling marketing materials and utilizing fundraising software.
- Communicate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders in professional and warm English and Spanish interactions.
- Analyze campaign performance and report insights to inform future strategies and improve outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high quality work.
- Provide proactive, creative solutions to marketing challenges using independent judgment and initiative.
- Plan bilingual communications that clearly articulate the company’s vision, mission, and values.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, technologies, and strategies in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Represent the company’s values and culture through hospitality, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in all interactions.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Arts; enrollment in a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree program with coursework in Graphic Design.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, Graphic Design Intern, or related role focused on Latin American content.
- Experience with Asana; CRM/data management software such as Virtuous and Airtable; Basecamp; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); digital marketing tools including Google Ads and Google Analytics; social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Hootsuite, and Facebook Meta; MailChimp; and content management systems such as WordPress and Adobe.
