Job Description
Improvado is seeking an AI native Growth Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition end to end, leveraging AI as the primary driver of growth. The role emphasizes building AI-powered workflows, delivering ABM-driven pipeline, and exploring new channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan, run, and refine paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and emerging AI-native channels with hands-on execution
- Develop AI-powered workflows to automate tasks such as copy creation, audience segmentation, enrichment, and reporting
- Generate pipeline from targeted account lists using an ABM approach, moving from signal to sequence rapidly
- Experiment with new growth channels, discontinue underperforming efforts, and scale successful initiatives
- Utilize AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, n8n, etc.) to enrich and qualify leads before they reach sales
- Analyze funnel performance, surface actionable insights, and act without prompting
Requirements
- Daily use of AI tools to perform actual tasks: writing copy, building workflows, research, and analysis
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
- Have launched and optimized paid campaigns personally, not solely through agencies
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in attribution, funnel metrics, and dashboards
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Experience with programmatic or ABM tools such as 6sense or Demandbase
