Digital Marketing Assistant
Job Description
The Digital Marketing Assistant role supports Black Diamond Paver Stones & Landscape in Berkeley, CA, by contributing to marketing initiatives, managing campaigns across multiple digital channels, and coordinating projects to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ad Words, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Yelp, Nextdoor, and additional platforms.
- Apply familiarity with emerging AI technologies and platforms to enhance campaigns and processes.
- Coordinate and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Develop and maintain marketing analytics reports to support strategic decisions.
- Develop, test, and refine advertising content and creative assets to improve engagement and ROIs.
Requirements
- Experience managing advertising budgets across multiple digital platforms, including Google Ad Words, Meta, and other relevant channels.
- Extensive social media marketing experience across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and additional platforms.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and digital performance tracking.
- On-site at the corporate office located in San Jose, five days a week; this position is not remote or hybrid.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation
- Hourly rate of $33.65 to $38.46

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a professional office environment for extended periods; this is an on-site position.
- Frequent use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and communicate effectively throughout the workday.

- Ability to attend company events, meetings, and marketing functions as required.
- Standard hours are 8:30 A.M. through 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday; occasional weekends may be required.
