Job Description

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram seeks a Digital Marketing & Inventory Specialist to join the team onsite in Winston-Salem, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, SEM, and display ads to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research and leverage SEO tools to improve organic search visibility through targeted content creation and optimization.
  • Manage WordPress and other CMS to keep website content current, engaging, and search-friendly.
  • Design graphics and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to support campaigns and social content.
  • Apply conversion optimization techniques on landing pages and product pages to maximize lead generation and sales.
  • Monitor campaign performance with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other analytics tools; analyze data to refine strategies.
  • Oversee inventory management by coordinating with supply chain teams, assessing stock levels via SQL or other inventory systems, and ensuring accurate product listings across ecommerce platforms.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline email campaigns, nurture leads, and improve retention.
  • Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and emails to identify the most effective tactics for performance campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing to broaden outreach and forge strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Google Ads (AdWords), SEM platforms, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation software.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and content optimization.
  • Proficiency with WordPress or similar CMS; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is advantageous.
  • Graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite; ability to create engaging visuals for multiple channels.
  • Experience managing social media across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, including paid campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources to inform decisions; experience with performance metrics for digital campaigns is essential.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for compelling content targeted to B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and inventory systems to ensure accurate product listings and stock management.
