Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute cross channel digital campaigns spanning social media, email, paid media, and website assets
  • Support fundraising efforts, donor stewardship, event promotion, volunteer recruitment, and awareness initiatives
  • Develop data informed strategies to boost engagement, reach, conversions, and return on investment
  • Assist with audience segmentation and digital outreach programs
  • Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Google Grants
  • Run paid social campaigns on Meta platforms, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks
  • Track campaign performance and refine targeting, messaging, budgets, and conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve digital performance and fundraising outcomes
  • Refresh and maintain website content, landing pages, and assets for campaigns
  • Enhance website usability, SEO, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience
  • Review website analytics and propose optimizations to increase traffic and engagement
  • Support accessibility and overall site performance improvements
  • Produce engaging digital content including graphics, videos, social posts, newsletters, and fundraising appeals
  • Manage email marketing programs and subscriber lists
  • Craft clear, mission driven copy for digital channels
  • Maintain content calendars and assist with coordinating campaigns
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and related tools
  • Prepare reports on engagement, conversions, audience growth, and fundraising results
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve workflows, content optimization, and targeting
  • Perform competitor and trend analyses to inform recommendations and improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or digital fundraising
  • Experience overseeing Google Ads campaigns and paid social advertising
  • Solid understanding of SEO, website optimization, email marketing, and analytics
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and content management platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of AI tools and marketing automation platforms strongly preferred
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, collaborative environment
  • Passion for mission driven work and social impact
