Manager, Performance Marketing, Paid Search
Job Description
This role leads global SEM initiatives and data driven paid search programs to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue across markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global search engine marketing strategy aligned with business goals and regional priorities.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms for multiple geographies, prioritizing efficiency and impact.
- Create and run A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding approaches to drive continuous performance improvements.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, generate insights, and uncover optimization opportunities; report performance to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with product marketing, analytics, and regional teams to localize messaging and coordinate initiatives.
- Manage SEM budgets, forecast spending, and allocate resources to maximize return on investment.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging SEM technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed to scale execution and foster innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on paid search marketing experience with a proven track record of managing global campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other major SEM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and inform decisions.
- Experience managing SEM budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills in a fast-paced, global environment.
