Job Description
Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, based in Greensboro, NC and operating on-site, is seeking a Digital Marketing & Inventory Specialist who can own multi-channel campaigns, sharpen our online presence, and coordinate inventory strategies to boost brand visibility and drive sales. This role demands a detail-oriented, collaborative marketer who can bridge creative execution with data-driven optimization across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email, SEM, and display advertising to raise brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve website visibility and organic traffic through targeted content creation and optimization.
- Manage content on WordPress and other CMS platforms, ensuring content stays current, engaging, and search-engine friendly.
- Design compelling graphics and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to support campaigns and social media content.
- Apply conversion optimization techniques on landing pages and product pages to maximize lead generation and sales.
- Monitor campaign performance with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other analytics tools; analyze data to refine strategies for better results.
- Oversee inventory management by coordinating with supply chain teams, analyzing stock levels via SQL or other inventory systems, and ensuring accurate product listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline email campaigns, nurture leads, and improve customer retention.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and emails to identify the most effective tactics for performance marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing efforts to expand outreach and build strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEM platforms, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation software.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and content optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is advantageous.
- Skilled in graphic design with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite; capable of creating engaging visual content for multiple channels.
- Experience with social media management across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, including paid campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data from various sources to inform decision-making; experience with performance metrics related to digital campaigns is essential.
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling content tailored to target audiences in both B2B and B2C contexts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and inventory systems to ensure seamless product listings and stock management.
