Job Description

Digital Marketing Assistant role onsite in Palo Alto, CA, supporting marketing initiatives, managing campaigns within a 2+ million budget, and collaborating with a high performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ad Words, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Yelp, Nextdoor, and other relevant platforms.
  • Apply emerging AI technologies and platforms to enhance advertising efforts.
  • Coordinate and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Create and maintain marketing analytics reports to inform decision making.
  • Develop, test, and refine advertising content and creative assets.

Requirements

  • Experience managing advertising budgets across multiple digital platforms including Google Ad Words, META, and other relevant channels.
  • Extensive social media marketing experience across META, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and digital performance tracking.
  • Must work from our corporate office located in San Jose five days a week. This position is not a remote or hybrid position.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in a professional office environment for extended periods. This is not a remote position.
  • Frequent use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and communicate effectively throughout the workday.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to attend company events, meetings, and marketing functions as required.
  • Standard hours are 8:30 A.M. through 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Occassional weekends may be required.

Pay

  • Pay rate: $33.65 - $38.46 per hour
