Digital Marketing Assistant - Successful $40 Million Home Improvement Co.

The Digital Marketing Assistant will support Black Diamond Paver Stones & Landscape in coordinating campaigns and initiatives within a 2+ million annual marketing budget. This onsite role is based in Santa Cruz, CA, and contributes to a high performing team focused on growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ad Words, META (Facebook/Instagram), Yelp, Nextdoor, and others.
• Apply working knowledge of emerging AI technologies and platforms to enhance marketing efforts.
• Coordinate and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Create and maintain marketing analysis reports to inform decision making.
• Develop, test, and optimize advertising content and creative assets.

Requirements

• Experience managing advertising budgets across multiple digital platforms including Google Ad Words, META, and other relevant channels.
• Extensive social media marketing experience across META, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other platforms.
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and digital performance tracking.
• Must work from our corporate office located in San Jose five days a week. This position is not remote or hybrid.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation

Hourly rate: USD 34 - 38 per hour.

Compensation details also reference an hourly range of $33.65 to $38.46.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in a professional office environment for extended periods. This is not a remote position.
• Frequent use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and communicate effectively throughout the workday.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to attend company events, meetings, and marketing functions as required.
• Standard hours are 8:30 A.M. through 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Occasional weekends may be required.

Work Location

Location: Santa Cruz, CA (onsite). This is an in person role with a requirement to work from the corporate office in San Jose five days a week; remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
