Job Description

This role oversees organic social programs and paid media initiatives with a performance-driven mindset in a hybrid work arrangement based in Roseville, MN. The position offers a salary range of USD 80,000 to 130,000 per year and requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Organic social media: manage both content creation and execution, building the content engine rather than simply scheduling posts.
  • Paid media across major platforms: Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Ads; plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns based on data insights.
  • Operate with speed and independence, maintaining a constructive balance between brand and performance to drive results even without direct oversight.
  • Demonstrate advanced digital marketing capabilities during an in-person working interview, showcasing thinking, instincts, speed, and taste.
