Location and Schedule

Schedule: Full time, 80 hours per pay period. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with potential variation to meet business needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide senior leadership for the Department of Marketing
- Lead marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business results
- Collaborate with Mayo Clinic leaders and marketing staff to shape and manage activities with a focus on return on investment
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent across teams that stay nimble and continuously learn

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of related experience
- Minimum five years leading and managing high-performing teams
- Master's degree preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity
- Ability to work independently, influence, and communicate across all levels of management in marketing and cross-functional contexts
- Strong leadership, business, analytical, oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; solid organizational and project management abilities; strategic judgment; track record in building cross-functional relationships
- Political savvy and capacity to operate effectively in a complex, often ambiguous environment with a teamwork-focused approach
- Experience managing and leading teams
