Social Media and Marketing Manager

Windows Catering Company seeks a creative and data-driven Social Media, Marketing & eCommerce Manager to elevate the brand’s online presence and drive digital sales from our onsite location in Alexandria, Virginia. This role blends graphic design, photography, and digital marketing to craft content, campaigns, and eCommerce initiatives that resonate with clients and guests. The position offers a salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Management: Develop and implement dynamic content strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, and Google.
• Marketing & Design: Collaborate with the President and General Manager to execute visually compelling designs that resonate with the brand.
• Photography and Videography: Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photography and video content for events, social media, marketing campaigns, and website initiatives while maintaining brand consistency.
• eCommerce & Website Management: Lead and manage eCommerce efforts to increase online sales and revenue.
• Sales & Business Development Support: Support sales initiatives by identifying leads and aligning marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, photography, digital marketing, or eCommerce (hospitality experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and WordPress.
• Strong skills in SEO, SEM, eCommerce analytics, and tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo).
• Expertise in photography and photo editing tools (Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Exceptional creativity, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to write engaging content and collaborate across teams.
• Experience in video editing and animation is a plus.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
