Job Description

The Regional Marketing Coordinator leads localized brand-building and community engagement across Missouri and Kansas, planning marketing events and serving as Gateway Fiber's brand ambassador within local communities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, coordinate, and implement highly localized events, sponsorships, and charitable marketing campaigns to establish relationships with prospective customers.
  • Represent Gateway Fiber at diverse community events and sales opportunities to drive local acquisition and activate brand-building initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop engaging content for social media.
  • Deliver periodic reports on regional activities, market insights, customer feedback, and competitive monitoring.
  • Willingness to participate in departmental projects as assigned or directed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with multiple business systems, data extraction, and workflow management.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience managing events and community relations.
  • Two or more years of experience coordinating and executing community-centric events and interactions.
  • Strong project, timeline, and resource management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and engage with community partners and members.
  • Demonstrated ability to positively engage with community stakeholders, members, and potential partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively or independently and make sound decisions.
  • Capacity to sit or stand for extended periods as needed.
