Job Description

The Sales and Community Marketing Liaison role supports the Orangeburg Senior Helping Center, a PACE Healthcare Program, LLC, by accelerating referrals through targeted sales efforts and local community marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

The position focuses on growing referrals for the Orangeburg Senior Helping Center’s PACE program, emphasizing a blend of sales activity and community-based marketing to broaden program outreach and impact.

Location and Work Arrangement

Location: Orangeburg, South Carolina (onsite). This is an in person, on-site role.

Compensation

Salary range: USD 60,000 to 120,000 per year.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in sales with an understanding of healthcare or insurance services.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Strong skills in cultivating and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Background in developing and executing marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to manage relationships and monitor performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and market presence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project management and execution.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
