Pharmacy Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Oneiro Pharmacy Group offers a competitive base salary of USD 65,000 to 70,000 per year, plus a monthly performance bonus, for a full-time, onsite Pharmacy Marketing Coordinator role in Sacramento, California. This position focuses on selling Long-Term Care Pharmacy services to facilities in the Sacramento region, building relationships with facility administrators and healthcare professionals, and driving new business for Oneiro Pharmacy Group. Collaboration with pharmacy operations and management teams is a core part of the role.

Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell Long-Term Care Pharmacy services to prospective facilities
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with healthcare providers and facility administrators
- Conduct cold calling, warm calling, and in-person visits
- Engage in door-to-door marketing to care homes and healthcare facilities
- Coordinate sales efforts with pharmacy operations and management teams
- Analyze market opportunities and identify potential growth areas
- Generate reports on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities
- Educate patients and healthcare providers about pharmacy services in partnership with physician offices
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Provide exceptional customer service and account management
Requirements
- Must be willing to commute and travel daily throughout the assigned territory
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Previous sales experience required
- Pharmacy industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of Long-Term Care Pharmacy services
- Understanding of SNF, ICF, ARF, RCFE, Group Home, and Family Home operations
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales goals
Performance expectations
- Bring in a minimum of 50 new facility beds per month to qualify for bonus incentives
- Target of 60+ beds per month during the first six months
- Maintain and increase monthly sales targets aligned with company growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with facility administrators, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
