Position Overview
The Chief Marketing Officer will join the executive team to shape and execute the firm's marketing strategy across brand, digital channels, customer engagement, and business development. This role oversees marketing operations, growth initiatives, and strategic partnerships to elevate the firm’s visibility and client acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s business goals.
- Identify new opportunities, monitor market trends, and assess competitive dynamics.
- Partner with the executive team to set strategic priorities for marketing initiatives.
- Oversee brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
- Lead efforts to boost brand awareness, reputation, and equity.
- Design and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and demand.
- Manage the firm’s website, social media presence, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Leverage data analytics to measure performance and optimize results.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Create campaigns that resonate with target audiences and support growth goals.
- Use customer insights and market research to inform marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with product development on go-to-market plans for new offerings.
- Develop product messaging, positioning, and promotional materials; support launches.
- Formulate market strategies for new areas and report on KPIs.
- Drive public relations initiatives to increase visibility and reputation.
- Oversee media relations, including press releases, inquiries, and crisis communication.
- Communicate the firm’s mission, vision, and values to external audiences.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing, business development, and intake teams.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication across the organization.
- Identify training and development needs to maintain a high-performance team.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and media contacts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing matters with internal and external stakeholders.
- Report on marketing vision, strategy, and performance to the executive team and board.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Required).
- 10-15 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Required).
