Responsibilities

Cultivate and sustain partnerships with doctors, personal injury attorneys, fitness and wellness providers, gyms, and referral networks
Conduct in-person marketing visits including community stops, partner drop-ins, and educational sessions
Represent Sculpt U Physical Therapy at local events, health fairs, gym days, and community booths
Assist with basic social media activity, including recording short videos and light editing
Help plan and execute community-facing marketing initiatives
Track outreach activity and referral trends using Google Workspace and Excel
Maintain a polished, outgoing, on-brand presence in all community and partner interactions
Greet and check-in patients with professionalism; support check-out processes
Answer calls, assist with scheduling, and coordinate patient follow-through
Follow up on leads from Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and website inquiries
Translate between English and Spanish for Spanish-speaking patients
Support communications with law firms and help gather necessary documentation
Maintain an organized, clean, and professional front office environment
Support the admin team during slower outreach periods

Requirements
