The Field Marketing Specialist will own Fleak’s field marketing program, setting strategy and delivering events that boost brand awareness and generate pipeline across large conferences, partner events, and local trade shows.

USD 100,000 - 200,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Build and lead Fleak's field marketing program, shaping strategy and guiding its execution.
- Own the field marketing plan and drive brand awareness and pipeline through participation in large conferences, partner events, and local trade shows, including Fleak’s presence at Databricks, Snowflake, and Splunk conferences with an experiential booth and related smaller events to generate pipeline.
- Develop a repeatable, scalable event motion that includes upscale executive events for target accounts, Fleak hosted thought leadership events with security partners, partner roadshows and co-marketing events, and regional conferences.
- Collaborate with BDRs and AEs to identify target accounts, secure attendance, set meetings, and advance deals after events.
- Write copy and messaging for invites, landing pages, email sequences, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.
- Own end-to-end event operations, including budgeting, venue and vendor sourcing, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution.
- Create a scalable field playbook with templates, outreach workflows, run-of-show guidelines, budget tiers, staffing plans, and reporting.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of B2B field marketing experience with a track record of events that raise brand awareness and generate pipeline.
- Proven ability to execute end-to-end events, from targeting and outreach to registration, logistics, on-site presence, and follow-up.
- Experience in a strong field marketing organization; capable of replicating best practices in a startup environment.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of initiatives.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with sales teams (BDRs, AEs) and leadership.
- Metrics-oriented mindset with the ability to define success, measure it, and report clearly.
