Job Description

FloQast offers a remote field marketing role focused on North America, partnering with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to generate demand, accelerate the sales pipeline, and drive revenue. This position is remote within North America and carries a compensation range of USD 94,000 to 126,000 per year. A BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years in field or partner marketing are required.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams and a data-driven approach to planning and execution, with the aim of engaging customers, expanding adoption, and strengthening the regional pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement FloQast's North America field marketing strategy to drive lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer adoption.
  • Create integrated, data-driven marketing plans aligned with corporate programs; collaborate cross-functionally to identify and execute field activities such as regional events, tradeshows, virtual sessions, and digital campaigns.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of field marketing programs.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership and use data to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Conduct cadence calls on marketing strategy, planned initiatives, status updates, and current results with key stakeholders, regional sales leaders, and marketing teammates.
  • Partner closely with sales and sales development to accelerate pipeline in target accounts and improve conversions to drive net new revenue growth.
  • Contribute to scalable marketing efforts by documenting best practices and lessons learned.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to help the company meet its goals.
  • Travel up to 30% is required.

Requirements

  • Builder mentality and strong collaboration skills.
  • 3+ years of field or partner marketing experience.
  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, with B2B SaaS experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving B2B sales results through field marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional marketing and co-marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities paired with brand-building and relationship-building experience.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills with the ability to work across functional areas to implement strategies.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting or fintech ecosystems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Asana is preferred.
  • BA/BS degree required; accounting or fintech experience or CPA background is a plus.
