Responsibilities

Deliver routine support to the wholesale sales team and independent sales representatives to keep operations running smoothly.
Process, track, and fulfill orders for retailer partners, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Serve as the primary contact for customer service inquiries related to orders, shipments, inventory availability, and account support.
Support sales operations through CRM updates, sales reporting, commission tracking, and forecasting assistance.
Coordinate with internal operations and logistics to resolve order or fulfillment issues promptly.
Assist marketing efforts aimed at retail partners, including creating and distributing sales collateral, lookbooks, digital assets, and promotional materials.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED is required.
Three to five years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, customer service, or related roles; eyewear, fashion, consumer goods, or wholesale backgrounds are preferred.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable liaising with sales reps, retailers, and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar; experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or similar marketing tools is a plus.
Experience with workflow platforms such as ASANA.
Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment that moves with startup speed and requires ownership and adaptability.
Passion for fashion, eyewear, or the American Optical brand is a strong plus.
