Marketing Specialist
Job Description
AMETEK Rauland, a division within AMETEK, Inc., is looking for a Marketing Specialist to shape demand and raise brand awareness across the healthcare and education sectors. Based in Mount Prospect, IL with a hybrid work arrangement, the role combines multi-channel campaign execution, content development, and close collaboration with product management and sales to enable revenue growth for nurse call and critical education communications solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and run integrated multi-channel campaigns for healthcare and education audiences, tracking results and optimizing tactics with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to shape go-to-market plans, ensure consistent positioning, and align messaging
- Produce and manage impactful collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital assets to support demand generation and sales enablement
- Create and implement content strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement across web, social, and email channels
- Coordinate and support trade shows, conferences, and virtual events, covering logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-up
- Maintain and update website content for assigned product lines, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards
- Apply marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, derive insights, and recommend improvements
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners, managing relationships with advertising or creative agencies and driving project execution
- Support lead generation and nurturing efforts through marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Ensure a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels and touchpoints
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within healthcare, education, technology, distribution, or partner/VAR environments
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly messaging
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce (or Account Engagement), Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Experience managing external agency relationships and driving project execution
- Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem solving and campaign development
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule from Mount Prospect, IL
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
