Job Description

The Marketing & Administrative Coordinator supports the Marketing & Communications Division at Dare 2 Share Ministries by coordinating marketing operations, logistics, systems, and campaign execution, with about 25 percent of duties dedicated to providing administrative support to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications.

Responsibilities

Provide scheduling and meeting coordination support for the VP of Marketing & Communications and other team members as needed
Assist with meeting coordination, agendas, notes, and follow up on action items
Reconcile credit card receipts and assist with monthly expense coding and reporting
Coordinate limited travel for the video and marketing teams as required
Serve as a trusted, discreet support presence for defined administrative needs of the VP
Maintain organized digital filing systems for marketing assets and documentation
Support content planning and distribution for email, website, social media, and promotional materials
Assist in coordinating and publishing marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
Enter, schedule, and manage pre prepared content in marketing systems
Proofread and quality-check marketing materials, including print and longer-form digital pieces, before final production
Assist in coordinating vendor activities (estimates, timelines, orders) with print vendors, mailing houses, and merchandise providers
Create and maintain business cards, email signature files, staff photos, and related onboarding assets
Assist with marketing support for events and programs, coordinating promotional materials, registration assets, and follow-up communications
Provide on-site or logistical marketing support for key events throughout the year

Requirements

Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Attention to detail with high standards for quality and accuracy
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools
Comfort working in marketing platforms and admin systems (CMS, CRM, app admin tools)
Ability to work professionally with outside partners
Experience with Salesforce MCAE, or similar tools preferred

Job Description

Dare 2 Share Ministries seeks a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to develop and manage non-paid social content and select digital media, coordinating across organizational accounts and Greg Stier’s personal platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and schedule engaging posts across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms as appropriate, ensuring alignment with the ministry’s brand voice, goals, and theological positioning.
Assist with content creation for founder Greg Stier’s social channels, guiding audiences toward Dare 2 Share initiatives.
Write captions, post copy, headlines, and basic calls to action tailored to platform best practices and evangelical audiences.
Contribute to light graphic design, video, or short-form content using approved tools and templates.
Collaborate with the marketing and video teams to repurpose existing content (videos, articles, podcasts, events) for social platforms.
Use AI assisted tools responsibly to generate, refine, test, and optimize content while maintaining appropriate tone and theological care.
Monitor comments, mentions, direct messages, and replies across assigned social channels.
Respond to comments and messages on behalf of the organization with warmth, clarity, and discernment, escalating sensitive issues when appropriate.
Engage constructively with ministry related questions, encouragements, and feedback from pastors, youth leaders, and students.
Encourage healthy, mission aligned community engagement by liking, replying to, and amplifying appropriate audience interactions.
Track common questions and themes and share insights with the marketing team.
Schedule and coordinate delivery of email and other digital content using approved marketing systems.
Assist with rewriting or adapting existing content into e-newsletters and emails.
Support general marketing coordination tasks, including content scheduling, asset organization, and basic project tracking.
Help maintain organized digital filing systems for marketing, social media, email, and video assets.
Provide support for marketing campaigns, events, or promotions as directed.
Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and clickthrough.
Assist with monthly or campaign-based social media reporting.
Apply analytics, trends, and mentor feedback to improve performance and audience connection.
Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and emerging features.
Participate in regular meetings with team members and internal stakeholders.
Proactively seek feedback and independently apply learnings from the Marketing Director.
Research platform trends and best practices, bringing ideas and questions to discussions.
Coordinate closely with internal marketing staff to ensure alignment across campaigns, messaging, and ministry priorities.

Requirements

Practical familiarity with evangelical church culture, language, and ministry contexts.
Comfort engaging ministry related conversations in public digital environments.
