The position is available as full-time or part-time and is onsite.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate outreach visits to local physician offices and clinics, with frequent driving across Orange County.
- Visit medical offices to build relationships by providing hospitality and coordinating meetings, representing the practice.
- Organize dinners, networking events, and community activities to foster engagement.
- Plan and execute marketing events from conception to execution.
- Create and manage social media content across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Design flyers and marketing materials to support campaigns.
- Film interviews and capture photos and videos for content creation.
- Produce graphics using Canva or similar tools.
- Manage and update Google Business and Yelp listings.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews to support reputation management.
- Develop and help execute marketing strategies to grow the practice.
Requirements
