Job Description

Senior Marketing Manager focused on Brand Owner Growth for SMB advertisers within Amazon Ads, onsite in New York, NY, with a salary range of USD 141,000 to 210,300 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Own Brand Owner Growth for SMB Global Performance Marketing, shaping and executing strategies to boost adoption of Sponsored Brands, full-funnel advertising, and other brand-building capabilities.
  • Utilize Voice of Customer insights, advertiser feedback, audience segmentation, and performance data to identify growth opportunities, remove adoption friction, and guide marketing, product, and roadmap decisions.
  • Build and scale global, multi-channel Go-To-Market programs across Email, Seller Central, Ads Console, Amazon Ads Academy, and educational content to raise awareness, drive engagement, boost adoption, and improve retention.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, and Marketing Effectiveness & Insights teams to shape roadmap priorities, launch new capabilities, and integrate solutions into scalable lifecycle marketing journeys.
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning for Brand Owner Growth goals, including business case development, roadmap prioritization, success metrics, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Drive continuous optimization through experimentation, audience segmentation, lifecycle measurement, and performance analysis to enhance advertiser engagement, retention, and long-term value.
  • Champion adoption of measurement solutions, AI-enabled advertising tools, and partner technology integrations while building scalable education and enablement programs.
  • Create operational mechanisms, automation, and reporting frameworks to monitor adoption, engagement, attributed revenue, and long-term customer growth outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years in developing and executing compelling creative strategies, either at an agency or within an in-house creative team.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
