Georgia-Pacific seeks a senior leader to own execution and scale go-to-market capabilities, drive the integration of marketing with field execution, and build infrastructure for scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end commercial execution by deploying sales force effectiveness and AI seller programs across the team, from strategy to field adoption.
- Oversee the marketing organization and integrate marketing with sales enablement and learning so every launch lands as a unified commercial motion.
- Design and strengthen commercial capability by shaping how the organization learns, develops, and reinforces new skills, moving from episodic training to embedded capability.
- Build scalable infrastructure foundations such as lead generation, talent bench, and inside sales motion to feed the field.
- Maintain the cadence, portfolio governance, initiative health reviews, and disciplined follow-through that keep the organization progressing.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, or marketing with direct exposure to B2B field sales.
- Proven track record of driving adoption of commercial programs across a distributed seller population.
- Experience owning or leading a marketing function, including campaign execution, brand, positioning, and integration with field sales.
- People leadership experience with a history of managing teams, developing talent, and holding people accountable to outcomes.
- Executive presence with senior sales leaders, GMs, and VPs, credible and effective without direct authority.
- Experience building and operating a commercial operating system with cadence, portfolio governance, and follow-through.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA; in-office presence required.
