Growth Marketing Senior Associate (Supply Chain & Manufacturing)
Job Description
Based in Chicago, IL with hybrid work arrangements, the Growth Marketing Senior Associate for Supply Chain and Manufacturing contributes to ZS's SCM go-to-market strategy by translating portfolio priorities into integrated marketing programs that raise awareness, boost engagement and drive pipeline. This role collaborates with solution SMEs and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Assist the rollout of go-to-market plans for priority supply chain and manufacturing solutions and verticals, including areas such as supply chain planning and clinical supply chain.
- Convert portfolio priorities into clear campaign roadmaps, activation calendars and asset deliverables.
- Maintain alignment among awareness, demand generation and sales enablement initiatives.
- Track portfolio priorities, messaging updates and launch timelines to keep stakeholders informed.
- Develop marketing approaches for emerging capabilities, such as manufacturing, to enhance market penetration and awareness.
- Coordinate the execution of integrated campaigns spanning email, digital, social, industry events and web channels.
- Collaborate with content and digital teams to produce and deploy assets such as thought leadership, case studies and landing pages.
- Ensure campaigns align with business priorities and portfolio growth targets.
- Support campaign optimization through performance tracking and actionable insights.
- Deliver campaign and asset execution of high quality with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with clear timelines and accountability.
- Develop and maintain core enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers and talking points.
- Assist activation of campaigns through sales channels and account-based marketing motions.
- Monitor campaign and portfolio marketing performance against defined KPIs such as engagement and pipeline contribution.
- Synthesize insights across campaigns to inform optimization and future GTM planning.
- Support reporting for portfolio and marketing leadership and maintain structured documentation of campaigns, assets and outcomes.
- Ensure accurate MyCRM usage and reporting to capture marketing-driven and influenced impact.
Requirements
- Three to four years of experience in B2B marketing, consulting or a related field.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market execution.
- Strong project management and coordination capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Interest or experience in AI, analytics or commercial strategy is preferred.
- Experience building integrated go-to-market strategies, marketing plans and pipeline-driving campaigns.
- Strong storytelling and content skills, capable of shaping executive-ready narratives and collateral.
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment and influencing without direct authority.
- Ability to travel 10 to 15 percent to support external industry and client events.
- Fluency in English.
