Technical Marketing Specialist
Job Description
At ALTENLOH BRINCK & CO US INC, a Technical Marketing Specialist will be based onsite in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role centers on developing and delivering technical marketing content and campaigns for the TRUFAST Walls and Mass Timber portfolio, while supporting events, OEM materials, and digital assets across the marketing ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Produce technical marketing content focused on the building envelope, including CEU courses, white papers, articles, case studies, newsletters, videos, and podcasts, with primary emphasis on TRUFAST wall products and occasional coverage of TRUFAST roofing when addressing the full envelope.
- Contribute content for the SPAX brand as needed.
- Create collateral and manage inventory for TRUFAST Walls and Mass Timber materials, such as catalogs, reference guides, sell sheets, data sheets, and submittals.
- Plan and execute trade shows, including logistics, attendance, lead capture, and post-show activities.
- Develop and manage display materials such as product displays, product boards, banner stands, table throws, backdrops, and samples.
- Develop new and update existing OEM partner marketing materials as required.
- Plan and implement marketing activities for new product launches of TRUFAST Walls and Mass Timber.
- Update and enhance websites for TRUFAST Walls and Mass Timber as needed.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to maintain customer databases, build the annual email marketing calendar, secure approvals, and ensure timely distribution.
- Support updates and maintenance of online specification tools such as Spec Link and Conspectus.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of image and digital assets, plus product information in the TRUFAST Walls PIM/DAM system.
- Support the TRUFAST Marketing Manager with integrated campaigns for TF Walls, including advertising, creative development, social media, and public relations.
- Assist with the development and updates of TRUFAST OEM labels as available.
- Provide marketing tools and support to sales and product management teams.
- Manage and support the execution of additional marketing programs and initiatives as needed.

Travel
Expect about 15 to 20 percent travel annually for job site visits, trade shows, events, and meetings.
