Dentsu in New York is seeking a Senior Manager to lead integrated marketing efforts across the Americas, aligning global objectives with local insights. This role orchestrates content creation, thought leadership, digital marketing, social strategies, events, and internal communications to strengthen the brand and drive growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans that weave together events, digital initiatives, social media, product marketing, partnerships, and internal communications, ensuring alignment with brand stakeholders.
- Act as the primary steward of marketing materials, upholding consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to contribute to annual planning and support day‑to‑day marketing activities.
- Collaborate with growth teams to surface award‑worthy case studies, crafting compelling narratives and concise storytelling.
- Enhance brand sentiment, raise awareness, create exceptional experiences for key clients, and bolster lead generation efforts.
- Produce engaging content for digital, social, print, and video assets that aligns with the brand voice and marketing strategy.
- Support internal communications across dentsu Americas by translating marketing priorities into clear, engaging messaging.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing best practices to drive ongoing improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing brand narratives across multiple channels (web, email, social, print, etc.).
- Proven ability to design and optimize channel strategy, selecting and integrating channels based on audience behavior.
- Track record managing multi‑channel campaigns (content, social, paid media) with measurable brand impact.
- Strong content creation and editorial mindset with the ability to translate ideas into copy, campaigns, and creative briefs.
- Platform experience is a plus with Google Analytics, Salesforce/Pardot, Stripo, Kentico, Swoogo, or related tools.
- Ability to adapt messaging for varied customer segments and touchpoints.
- Experience leading omnichannel campaigns that deliver a seamless brand experience across channels.
