Job Description

Lake House Digital is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive day-to-day marketing execution across multiple client accounts, coordinating projects, collaborating with clients, and translating performance data into actionable insights. The role begins as a 40-hour-per-week contractor with a clear path to full-time, offering remote work with a Raleigh-area residency requirement while based in Cary, NC with Hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and participate confidently in Zoom meetings
  • Communicate updates clearly, professionally, and proactively
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple accounts
  • Plan, draft, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including drafting, scheduling, and reporting
  • Support SEO tasks such as keyword research, content optimization, and reporting
  • Assist with marketing strategy development and provide performance insights for clients
  • Use Monday.com dashboards to manage tasks, timelines, and workflows
  • Collaborate with the internal team to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Contribute to recurring reporting and analytics summaries

Requirements

  • 1–4+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, polished and professional on Zoom
  • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for client-facing video calls
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Fundamental knowledge of SEO
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp or HubSpot
  • Strong familiarity with Canva
  • Strong familiarity with Semrush
  • Strong familiarity with Monday.com

Position Details

  • Contractor role at approximately 40 hours per week to start

  • Location: 90% remote with requirement to be located in the Raleigh area
  • Pay range: $46,000–$56,000 annually, based on experience and education
