Job Description
The ideal candidate will develop creative assets and manage multi channel campaigns to raise awareness, boost engagement, and drive program enrollment.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling creative assets and execute multi channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and program enrollment.
- Analyze campaign performance, interpret results, and propose improvements while partnering with leadership on strategic direction.
- Bring campaigns to life, elevate the brand, and enhance marketing effectiveness by collaborating with marketing leadership and program stakeholders.
- Design and produce high quality marketing assets, including digital ads (display, paid social, search), email templates and campaigns, program brochures, one-pagers, and promotional materials, social graphics and content, as well as landing pages and website updates.
- Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand standards while contributing to the evolution of marketing materials.
- Develop compelling, conversion oriented content that supports campaign goals.
- Execute multi channel campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and web.
- Support campaign planning with input on messaging, audience targeting, and channel selection.
- Build and deploy email campaigns, including promotional and nurture communications.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with program objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance across channels, tracking engagement, conversions, and lead generation.
- Provide data driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and support ongoing optimization with marketing leadership.
- Support the promotion of executive education programs, events, and workshops, including development of promotional materials and outreach efforts.
- Capture and repurpose testimonials, participant stories, and post event content.
- Manage day to day social media execution, including content scheduling, posting, and campaign support.
- Track engagement and propose improvements to content and targeting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, public relations, technical writing, digital media, or a related field.
- Two years of experience in related roles.
- Degree equivalency clause: Four years of direct experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
- Related work experience may not substitute for any required licensure, certification, or registration for the position.
- Minimum qualifications that require a high school diploma are exempt from SB 1310.
- Criminal History Background Check – Level 1.

Special Requirements
- This is an in person position located at the College of Education, University of South Florida, Tampa Campus.
- Creative and Content Development — Design and produce high quality marketing assets including digital ads, email templates and campaigns, program brochures, one pagers, promotional materials, social graphics and content, and landing pages plus website updates.
- Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand standards while contributing to the evolution of marketing materials.
- Develop conversion-focused content that supports campaign goals.
- Campaign Execution — Run multi channel campaigns across email, social, paid media, and web; advise on messaging, audience targeting, and channel selection; build and deploy email campaigns including promotional and nurture communications; ensure on time delivery and brand alignment.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization — Monitor campaign performance across channels, provide data driven recommendations, and support ongoing optimization with marketing leadership.
- Event and Program Marketing — Support promotion of executive education programs, events, and workshops; create promotional materials and assist with outreach; capture testimonials and post event content.
- Digital Presence and Social Media — Manage day to day social media operations, track engagement, and refine content and targeting.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
