This full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role is based in Stuart, Florida, focusing on managing paid advertising, search optimization, lead generation, and campaign performance across multiple brands.
Position Overview
The role entails planning and optimizing paid media, search engine optimization, and lead-generation activities while driving digital growth across several brands. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. This position requires a professional capable of understanding campaign performance, customer acquisition, and data-driven decision making at a high level.
Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta ads, and other digital channels
- Track performance, budgets, return on investment, conversions, and lead quality
- Support SEO initiatives, keyword optimization, and site performance improvements
- Analyze traffic, leads, campaign performance, and reporting metrics
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
- Coordinate marketing activities across multiple brands and campaigns
- Experiment with new strategies, audiences, and growth opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in digital marketing, paid ads, SEO, lead generation, or campaign management
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or equivalent platforms
- Solid understanding of campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
