Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Job Description
The Walden Woods Project seeks a Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator to lead digital marketing, communications, donor relations, content creation, and fundraising initiatives on-site in Lincoln, MA, with 3-5 years of experience and strong writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Expand the organization’s social media presence on Facebook and Instagram through daily postings on each platform
- Manage the donor management software and create digital fundraising pages and campaigns
- Maintain and refresh content for The Walden Woods Project website
- Create electronic and written communications, including fundraising appeals
- Promote the organization’s educational programs to support participation and growth through targeted outreach
- Produce outreach content for donors and the general public, including quarterly newsletters
- Identify funding opportunities from foundations, corporations, federal and state government, and individuals; support the executive director with grant writing
- Design promotional graphics and materials
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent writing skills
- Background in capacity building through technological applications
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency with electronic fundraising and online promotion
