The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports DLA Piper's digital marketing delivery across the Americas as part of the Digital Communications Center of Excellence, reporting to the Senior Manager, Communications.
Responsibilities
- Edit, update, and publish webpages on the firm website and microsites via the firm's content management system.
- Create and publish new webpages using approved templates and CMS components.
- Make basic enhancements to improve on-site search relevance using Coveo.
- Monitor the general info mailbox at info@dlapiper.com.
- Craft and publish social media posts either natively or through the firm's social media marketing platform, following best practices.
- Publish firm content within the employee advocacy tool.
- Resize or crop digital images using an image editing application.
- Provide virtual event support as needed.
- Perform quality assurance on new or updated webpages, emails, and event sites to ensure alignment with digital, brand, and accessibility standards.
- Review QA reports in Siteimprove to maintain content quality.
- Support marketing surveys using the firm’s survey solution as required.
- Pull basic data reports in Google Analytics.
- Track all projects and tasks in Marketing Central; proactively share progress updates with stakeholders.
- Provide ad hoc project assistance to the Senior Manager, Marketing Ops.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize documentation for workflows, processes, and procedures.
- Utilize firm collaboration platforms to collaborate with relevant colleagues and stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience in a B2B marketing agency or equivalent; prior law firm experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with the Vuture email marketing platform and InterAction CRM is preferred.
- Basic HTML coding skills.
- Experience with a content management system (Sitecore a plus).
- Experience with a social media marketing platform is a plus.
- Ability to work in virtual teams and collaborate online.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal English and Spanish language communications skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint or similar.
- Experience with Photoshop or similar image editing software is required.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar is a plus.
- Minimum two years of related experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
