Job Description
The Content Marketing Manager at NewtonX will transform proprietary data and insights into externally facing content that strengthens brand authority and fuels pipeline growth. This hybrid role is based in New York, NY, and emphasizes leveraging AI tools while preserving NewtonX's voice across formats such as articles, reports, website copy, emails, social content, and newsletters.
Responsibilities
- Data-Driven Content Creation: Convert internal survey data, market research, and proprietary insights into engaging blog posts, long-form articles, whitepapers, and reports that demonstrate NewtonX's expertise and generate inbound interest.
- Website Content Management: Oversee all website content, ensuring messaging consistency, SEO optimization, and regular refreshes aligned with evolving positioning and market leadership.
- Email & Newsletter Development:Craft and manage email campaigns across the funnel, from nurture sequences to product announcements and customer communications; own the NewtonX newsletter strategy and execution to drive engagement and conversions.
- Social Media Content: Develop social content strategy and write posts for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other B2B channels to amplify thought leadership and showcase customer success.
- Brand Voice & Quality: Maintain NewtonX's brand voice across all content, editing AI-generated drafts for originality, factual accuracy, and editorial excellence; ensure content quality and consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and leadership to identify opportunities, align messaging priorities, and translate complex product features and customer insights into compelling narratives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS, tech, research, or data-driven environments, with a strong portfolio demonstrating data storytelling and thought leadership.
- Proven ability to write across formats—long-form articles, website copy, email campaigns, social posts, and newsletters—with exceptional writing and attention to detail.
- Experience translating complex data, research findings, or technical topics into accessible content for business audiences.
- Proficiency with content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, or similar), email platforms (HubSpot, Marketo), and basic SEO principles.
- Expert-level proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT-4, Jasper, Copy.ai, Perplexity, or similar) with demonstrated ability to use large language models to accelerate content production while maintaining originality and quality; concrete examples of 3-5x content output scaling are preferred.
- Self-starter with the ability to own the content pipeline end-to-end—from ideation through publication—with minimal oversight.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.

- Competitive compensation: New York / San Francisco base salary range of $128,000 to $173,000 annually; elsewhere base salary range of $111,000 to $150,000, plus performance-based bonus and equity.
