Job Description

TheSenior Manager, Lifecycle & Partner Marketing drives revenue growth and elevates member engagement for Marriott Bonvoy through strategic promotions, data‑driven loyalty programs, and an optimized digital experience. This onsite role in Bethesda, MD leads initiatives that expand point activity and enhance the overall customer journey using technology, data, and machine learning.

Role Summary

This position oversees the development and execution of loyalty and partner marketing strategies designed to increase member activity and incremental revenue. The role emphasizes loyalty program evolution, engagement growth, and the integration of new offerings into promotions, supported by analytics, digital experience enhancements, and advanced technologies.

Compensation

USD 110,400 - 164,400 per year

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives that enhance member experiences and drive incremental revenue.
  • Leverage consumer insights to shape loyalty promotions strategy and execution.
  • Advance the evolution and optimization of loyalty promotions with a focus on member expansion and engagement, adapting to the needs of emerging businesses and new offerings.
  • Assess how broad and targeted promotions support new and existing offerings and contribute to the growth of the promotions program.
  • Incorporate new offerings into promotions planning and execution, including structures, marketing, and digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CX partners to measure and report on promotion effectiveness for internal and external partners.
  • Use reporting to identify opportunities and best practices and apply improvements to performance.
  • Implement a test-and-learn curriculum and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Research industry and competitive marketplace for opportunities and improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related major.
  • Six years of relevant professional experience in marketing or a related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and a track record of exceptional performance.
  • Strong foundation in CRM and customer marketing program measurement, including audience segmentation, promotion development and management, and ROI analysis.
  • Expertise in managing end-to-end marketing campaign development.
  • Knowledge of marketing technology (Martech) and promotion capabilities, with the ability to implement best practices in marketing promotions.
