Operations & Digital Marketing Specialist

Maintenance Solutions, Inc. is hiring for an on-site Operations & Digital Marketing Specialist in Tomball, TX. This role serves as the operational backbone, coordinating project schedules, managing administrative workflows, and maintaining the company’s digital footprint. You will support internal communications and help keep cross-functional teams aligned while influencing efficient processes that support daily operations. Responsibilities

• Oversee calendar management, coordinate team schedules, and keep project milestones and daily tasks on track.
• Own and continuously optimize the Trello workflow to streamline project tracking, task management, and project processes.
• Maintain and update Shopify and WordPress storefronts and content, ensuring accurate listings, smooth functionality, and clean design updates.
• Manage and monitor social media activity across core channels, schedule content, perform basic engagement, and preserve brand consistency.
• Coordinate internal communications, manage updates and documentation, and ensure consistent operational messaging across teams.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in operations management, administrative, or digital marketing coordination roles.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience building and maintaining workflows; proven experience updating content and backend on Shopify and WordPress; familiarity with standard social media management and scheduling tools.
• Core Competencies: Excellent organizational skills with a focus on process improvement; strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently, manage multiple moving parts, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
