Job Description

The Marketing Specialist role at Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty in Aspen, CO onsite focuses on supporting the Director of Marketing to execute campaigns, coordinate creative efforts, and assist agents while upholding brand standards.

Compensation: USD 65,000 - 75,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team and the Director of Sales, ensuring clear, organized details and timely task completion.
  • Address daily agent collateral requests (custom listing presentations, postcards), review and upload videos across platforms, and handle other operational tasks.
  • Contribute to key marketing and sales projects, including internal publications, market snapshots and reports, presentations, and sales reporting.
  • Track performance insights and assemble monthly and quarterly reports, including regional market share and competitive statistics.
  • Maintain a consistent schedule for newsletters that enhance agent communication and brand visibility.
  • Support Sotheby’s International Realty initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards and corporate goals.
  • Assist marketing leadership with advertising placements by developing timelines and correspondence for large-scale efforts such as airport displays and seasonal open house tours, ensuring timely execution and brand consistency.
  • Review and approve page proofs from media partners to guarantee accuracy prior to final production when needed.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure creative strategies align with business objectives.
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to plan and deliver quarterly marketing roundtables advising brokers on new tools and strategies.
  • Serve as the company-wide expert on creative platforms and programs including Design Vault, ActivePipe, Brightcove, and others, ensuring proper tool optimization and adoption.
  • Draft standard operating procedures as processes are created.
  • Coordinate internal communications and training logistics in partnership with operations.
  • Assist with onboarding new brokers by coordinating orientation schedules, interdepartmental introductions, and creating branded marketing assets (business cards, postcards, digital signatures, internal and B2B emails).
  • Collaborate with the Listing Coordinator to produce open house tour marketing assets.
  • Balance day-to-day administrative tasks with longer-term strategic projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years in marketing or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or related field.
  • Experience supporting brand development and campaign execution.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, and digital platforms.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
  • Understanding of established brand standards and how to uphold them across materials.
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence, effective problem-solving, and a professional presence.
