Marketing Proposal Coordinator

This in-office Marketing Proposal Coordinator role supports Kimley-Horn's proposal development and related marketing activities in West Palm Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Draft and finalize proposals, qualifications statements, letters, reports, presentations, brochures, award submissions, and other client communications.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and manage the proposal production workflow, contributing as needed.
• Collaborate with external consultant firms to establish teaming arrangements and assemble marketing materials.
• Liaise with professionals, project managers, and technical staff to gather input and ensure content accuracy.
• Run marketing database queries, input data, and maintain data accuracy on an ongoing basis.
• Oversee special projects such as conferences, open houses, and client events.
• Interview subject matter experts and develop or edit technical content tailored to target audiences.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of professional experience in a consulting environment; experience in the A/E/C sector is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• Strong technical writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
