Job Description
Bonita Practice Solutions seeks a proactive Marketing & Practice Growth Coordinator to elevate patient visits through data-driven marketing. This hybrid role in North Attleboro, MA bridges external agency analytics with on-site practice operations and positions you as the local face of the brand across seven locations. The ideal candidate is self-starting and execution-focused, turning insights into targeted outreach that grows Invisalign consultations.
Responsibilities
- Leverage Dental Intel and Modento analytics to identify target patient segments.
- Craft and implement tailored outreach campaigns to re-engage those groups.
- Measure success by converting a contact list into a full slate of Invisalign consultations.
- Serve as the liaison between agency data and seven practice locations.
- Collaborate with Office Managers and Support Coordinators to fuse field insights with agency metrics.
- Identify practice-specific needs, such as upcoming hygiene gaps, and deploy rapid marketing fixes.
- Act as the local face of the brand within the community.
- Identify and activate sponsorships, local business partnerships, and events.
- Spot high-ROI opportunities midweek and drive end-to-end execution by week’s end, avoiding red tape.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in marketing, sales, or growth-focused roles; dental/healthcare experience is a plus, but a growth mindset is mandatory.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini), Google Workspace, and design tools (Canva).
- Based within commuting distance of Attleboro, MA; remote flexibility (1 day/week) allowed but the role requires physical presence and travel to other local practices.
