Marketing and Project Coordinator
Job Description
The Marketing and Project Coordinator role at Mastercraft Industries, Inc. is an onsite position in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, focused on directing marketing initiatives, producing content, and supporting a dealer and designer network across digital and print channels in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute all marketing initiatives, including website updates, email campaigns, sourcing user generated content, additional content creation, and the development of annual print materials and other assigned projects.
- Manage customer engagement and inquiries by monitoring and responding via social media platforms and general inbox communications.
- Coordinate quarterly product catalog updates, working with internal departments to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Plan and execute industry events each quarter, such as conferences, training workshops, or networking events, to support brand visibility and strengthen dealer and designer relationships.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product line in order to confidently present offerings and provide support to our dealer and designer network.
- Design, maintain, and update training materials and presentations tailored for dealers and designers.
- Assist with revising of product order forms and catalog pages using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud software.
- Manage the selection, inventory, and distribution of promotional items and marketing collateral.
- Provide weekly progress reports on marketing initiatives and key projects to the supervisor.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Canva design software and Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Facebook/Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build and maintain effective cross departmental relationships.
- Confident in presenting and communicating with internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness and ability to travel at least quarterly for industry events or dealer trainings.
