Job Description

An associate role within Goldman Sachs' Global Marketing Corporate Reputation Marketing team focuses on executing the always-on Corporate Reputation Campaign and supporting brand, thought leadership, and social impact marketing to protect and elevate the firm’s reputation. This onsite position is based in New York, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the corporate reputation marketing strategy by translating the brand's messaging pillars into timely content distributed across owned and paid channels.
  • Lead the ongoing Corporate Reputation Campaign, generating fresh marketing ideas aligned with firm priorities, overseeing asset creation, and using performance data to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Media team to shape campaign strategies, manage creative handoffs, review preview links, monitor live executions, and resolve implementation issues.
  • Build cross-functional networks across the firm to align business priorities with corporate brand initiatives and co-create marketing concepts.
  • Manage senior stakeholders within Marketing, including regular presentations on upcoming campaign messages, integrated marketing plans, and creative work.
  • Proactively contribute ideas across integrated campaigns, develop compelling copy, and shepherd campaigns from development to execution.
  • Oversee the content approval process across Marketing leadership, internal stakeholders, and Legal and Compliance to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Support budget management and hygiene, including tracking campaign and creative agency spend.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, and/or reputation management, with demonstrated fluency in paid and owned channels, creative development with external agency partners, and end-to-end campaign management.
  • Sharp instinct for reputational risk management and strong creative judgment across written, visual, and video channels.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive self-starter with a proven track record of generating original creative ideas and building strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Eagerness and experience with leveraging AI tools to improve and accelerate marketing workflows—from audience targeting and content generation to performance reporting.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with a portfolio demonstrating clarity, brand voice fluency, and subject matter expertise in finance and capital markets.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS).

Compensation

The base salary for this New York, NY position ranges from USD 100,000 to 160,000 per year. In addition, eligibility for a discretionary bonus exists for active employees as of fiscal year-end.
